윤영관
미래전략연구원 초대 원장을 역임하였으며 현재 외교통상부 장관직에 재임 중이다. 미국 존스홉킨스대학교에서 [해외투자와 생산성의 정치경제: 역사적 고찰과 산업별 사례연구(Political Economy of Foreign Investment and Productivity : A Historical Observation and Industry-Specific Case Studies)]로 국제정치학 박사학위를 취득하였다. 주요논문으로는 "The Political Economy of Transition : Japanese Foreign Direct Investment in the 1980s"(1990), "South Korea in 1999 : Overcoming the Cold War Legacies"(2000), "Introduction: Power Cycle Theory and the Practice of International Relations. International Political Science Review Vol. 24, Issue 1, January,"(2003) 등 40여 편이 있으며 저서로는 {21세기 한국정치경제모델』(1999), {전환기 국제정치경제와 한국}(1996) 등이 있다.
